Show Off Our Community’s Taco Culture
¡Que Bueno! Taco Fest is looking to show off our community’s taco amazingness (and food that goes well with tacos). If you want to compete for the best taco and help serve our community, please fill out the following form to apply. Applications will be reviewed and you will be notified if you are chosen to be a vendor!
Food vendor application requires a $375 deposit by August 15th.
Taco Rules?! Yup.
¡Que Bueno! Taco Fest is unique and there are specific requirements of vendors to fit in with the festival plan:
4 items only for sale per food vendor
No special or “made to order” items allowed
Cilantro, onions and salsa will be acceptable as optional add-on items – we recommend you provide any such add-on items in single serving cups for faster service
If you are competing in the taco competition, obviously one of your 4 items must be a taco.
If you would like to compete in several categories, please indicate that on the application
You may serve more than one type of taco and enter tacos in several categories
No water, soda, beer or any other beverages allowed for sale with any vendor unless special consideration is granted
All booths must have a hand washing station in accordance to Health Department standards
All cups, plates, bowls, napkins, and utensils must be non-glass and disposable. NO STYROFOAM allowed.
Vendors will sell items for cash or card (Yay! No tickets!!!). You are responsible for having your own equipment if you want to take cards. You keep all your earnings.
We suggest a portion of your profits be donated to The Ritz. After all, that’s what this fest is for, but that’s up to you.
